• Rifle length gas system for the best reliability, accuracy, and low recoil.  Nothing compares to how a rifle length gas system shoots.  There have been some 16″ rifle gas barrels but we felt that the dwell distance was just too short.  The extra .69″ delivers 25% more dwell distance vs 16″ making it very reliable with a wide range of ammo, conditions, and carrier/buffer weights.
• Heavy profile with aggressive fluting.  Maintains the accuracy and rigidity of a heavy barrel with reduced weight and increased surface area for cooling.  Flutes start after the chamber area to leave as much material as possible there.
• .223 Wylde Chamber that has been accepted to be the best of both worlds for accuracy and the ability to fire 5.56mm ammunition.
• 1 in 8 twist rate to stabilize a wide range of bullet weights.
• Chrome lined to perfection that vastly increase service life under heavy use. Expect it to last twice the round count as a stainless steel match barrel.
• Hand lapped to maintain precision accuracy.  In general, chrome lining is known for fantastic durability but not the best accuracy, this maintains match grade accuracy without any loss in the longevity or durability of the rifling .
• Headspaced BCM bolt included with each barrel.  Barrels will work with any AR15/M16 bolt but these are matched to each particular barrel for extra accuracy.
• Sub Minute of Angle accuracy with match grade ammunition.
• Extra velocity increase due to the chrome lining, lapping, long gas system, and chamber/twist rate all contribute to slight velocity increases. Users commonly report velocities comparable with 18-20″ barrels.
• .750″ Gas block journal.

• 1/2″x28 muzzle threads.
• We recommend to use with an adjustable gas block. The gas port made and sized with running any ammunition and carrier/buffer weight combo in mind.
